How do I become a wholesale stockist?

Complete the enquiry form on this page and select "Wholesale Account Enquiry" as your category of interest. Our national sales manager Patricia Luong will contact you within one business day to discuss eligibility, minimum order requirements and our wholesale pricing structure.

What are your minimum order quantities for wholesale?

Minimum order quantities vary by product category. Typically we require a minimum of $5,000 AUD (ex-GST) per order for wholesale pricing to apply. For large commercial projects (developers, hotels, co-working operators), we assess on a project-by-project basis and minimum thresholds are waived for orders over $50,000.

What is your standard lead time for orders?

Standard in-stock product delivery lead times are 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Custom-manufactured orders (non-standard dimensions, special finishes, custom upholstery) typically require 4–8 weeks depending on the complexity and current factory capacity. We always provide a confirmed lead time before you place an order.

Do you deliver to all states and territories?

Yes. We deliver nationally to all eight states and territories. Delivery is handled by our specialist furniture logistics partner, National Furniture Logistics, using a two-person white-glove service. Delivery pricing is calculated based on order size and destination. Free delivery applies to wholesale orders over $10,000 AUD within metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

Can I visit the factory in Port Melbourne?

Our Port Melbourne factory is not open to the public for safety and insurance reasons. Wholesale partners and commercial clients can arrange a factory visit by appointment — please call (03) 9800 1234 to discuss. For retail customers and trade visitors, our full product range is on display at our Richmond showroom at 180 Bridge Road, open six days a week.

What warranty do your products carry?

All Banksia Home Co products carry a 2-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects, joint failure and structural integrity. Upholstered products carry a 1-year warranty on fabric and stitching. Warranty claims are processed through our Port Melbourne head office and resolved within 10 business days. We also supply replacement parts and touch-up kits for the life of the product.
